Purely as a player, Alfredo HAS to be one of the greatest, considering in those days no one had any of the modern training-facilities, diets, ect. which are essential to todays game and soft players!

How good would he have been, had he had the same kind of coaching, the same kind of help a modern player enjoys?... now, there is a frightening thought for his then contemporaries!
