@ryanmtanner You'll need a tune, otherwise no, the speedometer will indicate a speed much faster than you actually are going.

@ryanmtanner Yes, but thats because it's been tuned. If you dont get a tune thats fine and wont hurt the car, but your speedometer will indicate a speed much faster than you're actually going.

ok so I got a cobra, an 01. The motor is all stock right now. What do I need to install first to get 4.10 gears? Do I need other mods or is it cool having a stock motor with 4.10 gears? Help!

Stock motor with 4.10s is fine. You will need a new tune to adjust the speedometer though.

svt kid..4.10's are ok w/ a supercharger just as long as you can hook cux if you have street tires and SC and 4.10's you'll spin forever

i love the look of ur stang. i knew it was a stang coming up cause of those fog's lol. fogs on, headlights offm parking lights on is the most badass look for any s197 keep it up

whats your rpm at 80mph and whats your top end look like? ive got a 05 gt supercharged and i was in love with my 3.90 gears but you know how it is when you get used to it and you want more. at 80mph i do 2700rpm and i hit 130mph with ease but starts to struggle to accelerate past 140mph

im surprised to see that you bought the car with the 3.73 option then changed a slight amount to the 4.10s lol. how do you like them so far? i got some 4.10s sitting here waiting to go in mine
