Supplies: 3 barrel weights atleast two heavy egg sinkers, a heavy dipsey swivel sinker, 2 atleast 8/0 hooks(circle hooks), and about 5 feet of leader line.

Works for any species of sturgeon. They weight and hook size may vary, depending on where you are fishing, and how big the sturgeon are in that area.

  • @mouselegs41 i live in South Dakota, there are stories about people catching bass and having sturgeon eat them right off of the hook. So I am on the hunt for sturgeon in Lake Poinsett, SD

    What state do you live in? They don't have sturgeon in Texas where I live. They have

    paddle fish. Some people call them spoon bill catfish but they are not a catfish.
