I commend to viewers Suzzy's liner notes (roches [dot] com / discography / zerochurch [dot] html), which include:
"Maggie & I had been reading Edna St. Vincent Millay's poem 'Renascence' at the conception of this project, & we went back to read it again after September 11. I felt heavily influenced by her poem while writing this."
