  • Sorry about that. Anyway, the procession with the Ciborium represents Jesus's journey to Gethsemani. The "Pange Lingua" seems to sum up the reason why Jesus gave us his body and blood.

"Minds In doubt need faith's assurance."

  • By the sound of the echo, it sounds like this Mass took place in a small parish. I'd love to attend a Tridentine Mass in a small parish sometime. It would be much easier for me to pick out what the priest is saying, especially at a Low Mass. I love the large parish I currently attend, but attending a Tridentine Mass in a smaller parish would be something different that I could do every once in a while.

  • @pookerville hmm... except it is not a Chalice, it's a Ciborium

  • Very good chanting...

  • Me gusto el video pues muestra un himno al Santisimo Sacramento muy solemne y que es propio para el traslado del Jueves Santo, terminada la misa de la cesa del eñor.

  • It's the most somber part of the Vesperal Mass of the Lord's Supper, as the chalice is taken to the Altar of Repose, symbolizing the journey that Jesus makes to Gethsemani. Now, at this hour, he is on his way to Calvary.
