We're actually traveling to Paris and this intersection is on our list of must see sights. Living in the Chicago-land area and visiting the AIC, I was always impressed by the remarkable sense of perspective and incredible amount of story this work of art exudes. So many times I stood in front of it wondering about the couple, the architecture as if viewing the sight right from that sidewalk. It'll be wild if its a "rain day" when we visit this May. Thanks for the vid and your perspective.

Always reminds me of the long sequence in Ferris Buller's Day Off where Ferris and Sloane are holding hand with the a bunch of school kids while walking past the painting.
