Were you adding the chicken in batches? Because the amount of chicken does not seem to be the same amount you seasoned. What's up with that?

I'm gonna do the Pelau... sounds delicious!... Can't wait to visit friends in Trinidad, for the first time,I used to be a chef, so as you can imagine.... I will 'eat' my way down the street! haha ! I never put pumpkin with coconut before... but just 'know' it will 'work'! Thankyou :)
