Stephen Hawking and the Existence of God

Stephen Hawking is in the news for saying that God doesn't exist. What he actually says is that modern physics has reached the point where there's no need to invoke God to understand the universe around us. And he's right.

also... so i'm assuming you don't believe in god, thats chill. but let me ask you some questions, would you prefer when you die to be just gone forever or for there to be an afterlife. also even if you're right that there is no god, well you'll find that out when you die.. well actually you won't because you will be gone into oblivion. also my brother saw a little girl climb up a tree at superhuman speeds because there was an evil spirit in her, if evil exists... good exists

haha i don't know man, all i know is maybe you should go take a bunch of biology and chemistry and physics classes and look at how ridiculously complex it is. to me i look from a statistical standpoint and the odds of all these billions of processes working out so perfectly, needed all these things to work in perfect harmony... the odds are not even comprehendable

This is a top quality vid. My opinion, God doesn't exist. God is just a made up being by young humans who tried to find something which could explain everything.

@37376868 .....yes i can use my reasoning....if he is such a brilliant man then he should have found a cure for himself...exactly my point.....not be able to do that yet but able to say that god doesn't exist with such certainty....all i know is that the answer for me is in the bible and it has been pretty accurate so far up to this date in history...most predictions in there have come true and wayyyy too many to be considered coincidences or lucky guesses
