chatter planning Demo for a vote

This video shows how to use salesforce chatter to distribute documents for the monthly meeting, so that board members will read and comment on the documents and hopefully come prepared to vote at the meeting, if only Washington DC could be this efficient, then congress might get something done. However to be fair groups will never agree and always remember to watch out for evil geniuses and trolls.
Salesforce Chatter can be used to plan policies, laws, marketing, corporate policy, Christmas party, competitive advantage and other private discussions. Other uses are to ask questions to the group, prepare for the monthly meeting.
