08 Biking Expresso Sunday Ride (45 miles) Ben and Kris NCVC

The Espresso Ride has begun and will continue on Sundays (except for Christmas Day), weather permitting, through February. The ride leaves at 9 a.m. sharp from the espresso café at Dean & Deluca in Georgetown.

During the fall and early winter, the intensity of the ride should be no more than moderate (although there will be points on some of the hills where you push yourself a bit more).

Rain or snow at start time cancels.
