@bectora1 I think Cameron and Andrew were able to see his talent. He surely wasn´t a trained singer and actor then. But he worked hard and improved a lot. Try to listen to Where Is Love he sang on January 8, 2011 (the final performance of Oliver! at The Theatre Royal Drury Lane) or his rendition of Electricity in Welsh at The National Eisteddfod of Wales - both are on YouTube (and quite easy to find if you write the right words into the search box) - and say what you think.
