Well I agree Luvanpeace...the actress is friends w/Barbara Bloom, so that could be hte basis of it all. I believe tptb writers are going to put Lane back together, they just wanted to use them as a prop for the establishment of the Chloe character's s/l. I can understand connecting her to them, but they could have done so in a number of ways that wouldn't have alienated people from her character, and detracted from the Lane s/l and the show.

What I'm really hoping...is that their storyline is just a long dragged out full of Chloho troll angst and the writers all along were going 2 have Cane and Lily come back 2 each other and...that we are all just impatient.

Amen to that! Most people really don't like the Chloe character...I wonder what her audience approval rating is...usually that's an indicator they need to increase or decrease a person's screentime and I just can't imagine her scores coming back in the high range. I don't understand why they continue to screw with a major drawing card to the show, and the show itself is just becoming cheesier. The quality has gone down significantly...it's starting to remind me of some of those other soaps.

These writers are deluded!! Diehard Lane fans have been follwing this from the beginning and cannot,& will not be fooled by these lame ass attempts to normalize Chloe. This shallow, flimsy writing is meant to satiate the shallow sporatic viewer! But the love I feel for Cane & Lily & what they represent is not shallow and cannot be swayed that easily. Y & R -You are only hurting your self.
