@hindvasant I used to complain about the amount of songs in the original Ramayan series, but after getting sick of the "chaupaiya" tune used over and over again, and the very slow pace of the plot, I can live the songs of the original Ramayan. Besides, there are many ones I could listen to over and over again like this one.

there is so much "karuna" written all over Arun Govils Face. And the lady playing Ahilya has gratefulness coming through her eyes. The scene is lovely. So much feeling. i didn't feel it with the other ramayan.

But those songs were great! They were all either verses from Tulsidas or based off of them. The songs in the new NDTV Ramayan are largely rip-offs of the ones from the original. You just can't beat the original "Ramayan"!!

I like the old ramayan on tv then the new one but the problem is that they use to sing so much all the time.
