6 exercises in the gym. You train your back, shoulders, pectoralis, legs, triceps, shoulderstability, abdominals, balance and in almost every exercise your coremuscles are involved. Remember to do all exercises on both sides even if I only show them on one side.
(Swe) 6 övningar som tillsammans stärker upp din rygg, axlar, bröst , ben, triceps, skulderstabilitet, mage, balans och i nästan alla övningar så aktiveras din stabiliserande coremuskulatur. Kom ihåg att göra övningarna på båda sidor även om jag bara visar de på en sida.
