Master Cleanse Day 9 of 10 (FINISHED EARLY) Before/After clips

So I cut the cleanse off by a day because of personal reasons but I am convinced 24 hours wouldn't have done TOO much different! I love the results and plan to keep a healthy lifestyle. I recommend this to anyone eligible because it's rewarding in so many ways. I really want to try this,but I am super scared that I will not get the measurements right, or that I will quit early. I'm going on vacation in a little over 3 weeks, and i would like to try for 10 days. Any words of advice? Also, what were your exact measurements per day on the ingredients?

@cjcprincess I'll be honest, it takes a lot of will power not to give in especially on the first few days. But if you stay true to yourself tell yourself from the moment you start that you will NOT quit early, there is nothing that can stop you :)

My advice- don't let anyone's ignorance prevent you from feeling comfortable with your decision. In my case, making my cleanse public in college wans't my best choice because there were several people that tried to bring me down with their stupidity.

@cjcprincess Also, the measurements aren't as important as how you "feel" in the beginning and the end. That's the difference that truly should be measured. And trust me, keep with it and you will be a happier person. I'd recommend buying the book I mention several times in my video, it has everything in it. But also there are other videos on Youtube that can tell ya the correct measurements for the drink.

wow 9 days and you lost all that weight , today is my day 2nd on the master cleanse , and for me it is very hard because i love food , today i was thinking of ending it for good , until i saw your video , believe me watching this made me change my mind .. im going to keep doing the whole 2 weeks :)

@iccupcake yes actually that is what the master challenge is, it gets rid of the.. uh poop.. that has been building up in your body for years and it cleanses you body which is my it makes you healthier

Should I shave y beard off before the cleanse, or will letting it grow out help me detox at all? Holy balls im scared to start the mc tomorrow!! I also heard you can have hair loss from the MC...did you experience any of that?
