The Ferrari 458 Italia is stock, the Z06 Corvette has a Halltech intake and a tune adding an extra 40hp.

  • halltech CAI and tuning wont give the vette and extra 40HP. Without LT's and Exhaust, there's not much you can see from a tune. Good runs though

  • @sixty9fordkiller You can buy a factory Z06, remove the fuse and tune it and make more power, don't tell me that stuff man. Unless you live in California and use the pisswater they call gas then you can make more power than stock.. Hell I dynoed 20whp over stock with a K&N drop in and a ported throttle body.

  • Luckily that vettes A-pillar blocked out that ugly ferrari for most of the vid

or it would have been ruined.

  • @MrEarthmonkey68 You don't like the 458? I own a Vette and I think they are awesome. Gotta' remember it's got a 4.5 liter that makes 562 ponies, that's an achievement in it's own right.. That come's at a price though, bad gas mileage. The Ferrari get's like 16 MPG in the 'race' setting..

  • @Jutzujin In fact they actually won the EOTYA with it too

  • @hdizzle201o Thanks.

  • @kageryu311

    More like 250k actually

  • this guy can't handle ZO6 he sucks !!!

  • @dubgli im all about taking a "shitty" car, and building it up. another reason i love sleepers

  • @mobsterbillyjoe i couldn't agree more. i would totally take a honda civic, cheaper stock, and can easily be made quicker than the vette, and still be under the price of a vette stock.

  • ill take the Vette, cheaper stock. and can easily make it quicker than the 458, and still be under the price for a 458, stock.

  • @dante01010 You don't need some one off custom gearbox for that, look no further than the ZR1 transmission.
