I also followed the Tyson case. I too think he fucked up, but I believe that he is a rapist. I can't see how due process was violated in trial to suggest it was unfair. The 3 witnesses who say they saw him and her all lovey dovey couldn't get their facts straight. Those witnesses were also in contrast to the hotel bellman's testimony saying that they weren't even holding hands when they went up.

That's cool man, no probs. I agree that Tyson seriously fucked up by being an arrogant douche, but I really don't think he deserves to be called a rapist. I've followed the Tyson case, and I think he got shafted. I think he probably treated her like shit, just another disposable slut to him, but to say he raped her just doesn't seem fair or true, based on the evidence. But really, who the fuck knows. I just don't think he did, going with my gut instinct.

I made a mistake about the story and that's my fault. I had to double check cuz something didn't feel right about it and sure enough it wasn't. I believe I had it mixed up by a prior article. Anyway, the difference is that Tyson told her that he needed to go back to his apartment cuz he had to get something and encouraged her to accompany him before going to the outing, but everything else is the same.

Yeah lol, so what I was wondering before is why go through all this if he believed he was innocent...it just boggles my mind. I used to be a fan of Mike Tyson, but hearing all this....

He still is a boxing legend, there's no denying that he's the best KO boxer so far, but raping someone is very serious.
