EU Communications means that in case of potential fabricated crisis , like this virulent and most likely genetically modified E.coli bacteria , the EU starts a full Criminal Investigation and does not let the Press and neocon Media to spread rumours: First find out who started the rumours and then who may have made genetic changes to this strain ? and maybe to divide Europa ? to crash economies and steal key assets ? coincidence that it was rumours on Germany and Spain ? a neocon hand in it ?

Your taxes are using to provide communication channels between institutions and citizens, to keep you informed and in touch with the work of the European Union. By the way, you can't vote him out because he is not an executive president, just the referee of the European Council, body not elected directly for you or me
