More from WSJ..
Doctors will feel financial pressure to limit referrals to costly specialists like surgeons, since these penalties will put the referring physician on the hook for the cost of the referral and perhaps any resulting procedures.

Read the WSJ article: What Doctors and Patients Have to Lose Under ObamaCare
Primary-care doctors who refer patients to specialists will face financial penalties under the plan. Doctors will see 5% of their Medicare pay cut when their "aggregated" use of resources is "at or above the 90th percentile of national utilization," Sect 3003.

I make no assumptions. I have many American friends online and IRL who often tell me they will not, or cannot, seek medical attention because they can't afford it. WTF, just WTF?

Sir or Madam, I have worked in the NHS and have used it's services. We care for one-another. I would not like to rely on charity. That is my pick.

That will teach you to wear a diaper when you debate me. LOL
Have a Merry Christmas. It has been fun talking with you.

PopTin...I am in the healthcare field in America. You aren't. My wife's friend had breast cancer and no insurance, but the City of Hope hospital treated her and charged her nothing. You are probably oblivious to state of the art hospitals that do not turn people away. Many of them treat children for free like Shriners and St. Judes. The spirit of these healthcare workers compared with a union, gov healthcare worker? Take your pick.

Socialism is giving people a fish so they can eat one meal. Conservatism is giving people a fishing rod so they can eat for a lifetime. It is self reliance, wanting freedom over security. And then giving liberally to charities and helping people in need like Bill Gates does who happens to be a liberal.
Google this: Was Democrats healthcare strategy written in federal prison? The guy who wrote the blueprint for conning the public into accepting gov run healthcare spent time in prison for bank fraud and tax evasion. Robert Creamer's 10 points for conning the public into accepting gov healthcare are listed in this article. This is today's bombshell news from big government . com

If a bill imposes $250,000 in fines and 5 yrs in jail, you have got to wonder how lousy the bill is. No wonder congress exempts themselves from this plan. Remember when they said it was about choice and competition? If you are threatened w jail and fines it is no longer a choice.
The stink of rotten food is all the convincing you need not to buy it or eat it. Likewise the fines and jail time should be all the stink one needs to realize that the healthcare bill is rotten to the core.
