This was part of a sheik training video folder from Captain Jack. I can't read Japanese so I had to guess what he was teaching here. "Good trade" is making a not so good move that was worth it, usually they're "death pacts" or "wall spikes."
I don't know why it was released at such low quality, maybe because they prefer playing to watching videos. Oh and if you're worried that n00bs will get all good, don't worry. You need to know at least basic Shiek techs and a few mind-games to get this. Go to www.smashboards.com for a basic Shiek training guide.
FYI: Captain Jack is Japans most respected and one of it's most skilled smashers. He's almost number one in the world with every character, except a few (Fox-Masashi, Link-Aniki, Falco-Bombsoldier, etc.) The music is because his Sheik skillz are gangsta...oh and it's OC2 not OC3--my bad

i mean its basically just dash attack --> dash attack --> dash attack combo, or utilt --> utilt --> ultilt combo.
Yes this is from a c.falcon main (thus there is slight butthurt from being gimped over 9000 times by fairs and needles.)
