Why you should join the military?

I am of the opinion that more people should enlist, and I figure I will give out some tips and tricks for enlisting, and not getting into combat.

Will you be afraid? Yes, but you'll get over it. The example of "Full Metal Jacket." All you need is mental toughness.

Why I think everyone should enlist. Getting paid, access to health care, cheap to free college education, free eye surgery (I got PRK).

Station-of-choice loop hole. Getting extensions and never seeing combat. Going officer and being treated better.

Benefits of joining the military. People can shut you up, and some people HAVE to listen to you. (You can point out problems, in other words, even if people you are know are doing wrong and keeping things quiet.)

Learning from the military how to organize people and effect change in your neighborhood and community at home. Money for dependents (spouse, children, etc). Eye-opening experience of the military.
