  • @tuckntiremaz That's dang thick! Im not in the industry although I have used a fine aluminum oxide sand blaster on dental appliances and can appreciate the cutting ability of focused PRESSURE. If I missed my target I usualy ran the jet over my fingers which made for some raw, sore skin later, dumb ;) Did you need a special PSI to cut Titanium or was it the mentiond 60K? For the Titanium was this with water or water and abrasive?

  • The thickest material i've cut is 8.5 inch thick grade 6 titanium. Waterjets are awesome.
