The ZAP Alias undergoes the Consumer's Union Double Lane Change test at the Progressive Insurance Automotive X PRIZE Shakedown taking place May 5, 2010 at Michigan International Speedway. The cars are required to maneuver through a cone course simulating a potential surprise obstacle in the roadway. Based on the "Moose Test" that originated in Sweden.
