are these fires not cloakable in the transition from phase 2-3 u didnt use it evne thought it couldve helped your healers a geat deal

It is generally preferable to save your cooldowns like that for times when healers will be stretched to heal you. Using cloak of shadows when there are 3-4 people taking damage out of the entire raid is a waste when it could be needed shortly after in a phase where there is a great deal more damage going out.
