I just have a reagular composition book I use for my dreams. I try not to interpret my dreams till a turn of events happen in a stretch of time so they will be more understandable. But I honestly say I love the video and if there is anything to remember about the dreams is they are powered by the subconscious mind as they are more symbolic then fact. I have 15 dream dictionaries in my library to help me find the best definition with symbolisms after some of the symbols come true in time.

once you find recurring dream symbols, objects, people, etc, you can learn to recognize those within the dream and help you to have lucid dreams. it's really quite amazing.

Yay! I love new dream journals :) I'm doing a couple more episodes tomorrow. There are three I really want to do next, not sure of the order. Intro to Dream Interpretation, Precognitive Dreams, and Lucid Dreams. Looks like a great Dream Pillow too! Mugwort is one of the most useful herbs for dreamwork.
