The Multistate Bar Examination (MBE) is made up of 200 multiple choice questions that test students' common law knowledge in Torts, Contracts, Real Property, Constitutional Law, Evidence, Criminal Law, and Criminal Procedure. The MBE is administered on bar exams in 48 states and can amount up to 50% of your bar exam score depending on your jurisdiction.

Students choose whether to take timed or untimed quizzes, select the number of questions for each quiz, and determine which topics to test on each particular quiz.
