I absolutely love, love, love Keith Green's music! Takes me back to when I was a child.. we had all his albums. He really was an anointed man, whose passion for God was infectious. You cannot help but to fall in love with Christ when you take the time to really listen to the lyrics.

Keith Green turned away from all the trappings of the world. Do you not believe that our Father would protect him?

@camlpg Dude, he was with SPARROW, not Word, and they released him from his contract with no fuss, as they knew it was the Lord directing him.

Stop worrying about what people and the enemy can do to you, and lean on your Father.

My experience with the music industry is that if you want to deal in the secular world of music one will more than likely be indoctrinated into sex, drugs, and not just a whole pile of money. Christian music industry is not greatly different from secular music industry as far as it being a money racket. My opinion is based on a sober spiritual mind.

@imaginarythings That is a dream of mine. I live in Arlington, TX. not to far away from the Ministry. I can count on one hand how Kieth helped me see the light when I was in the Air Force stationed in Japan. Some one gave me an album and that's all it took. He was blessed by Jesus. I also sing and have been blessed by Jesus and raise my voice in a joyous praise with his songs.

@roryjful No one will ever really know if Keith Green died in an accidental plane crash or not. My belief is that he was killed. He turned on Word records and started his own recording company and ministry so you can read into that what you want but to me it seems like someone in high places did not like it.
