@Poelewoele - It is, the only real difference is the position of uke. Sumi gaeshi is the same but from a more standard front grip. But you're not wrong, hell these days the slightest change seems enough to give it a whole new name; to me, tawara gaeshi, obi tori gaeshi, hikkomi gaeshi and the like are all variations on sumi gaeshi. :)

that's a sumi gaeshi..
tawara gaeshi is counter of morote gari, and you grip him rounding his body.
The book 'Attacking Judo' (Kashiwazaki & Nakanishi) describes this exact throw as Hikkomi Gaeshi.
