You are as damaged as you allow yourself to feel nudged by the draft of those feeding your pain. Break out of it, liten up.. everyone knows there is a problem,, stay safe.

Wow, this is beyond moving. I just got out of counseling not hours ago for well, this reason and this alone pulled on my heart like that session did. I know I was meant to see this, thank you so much for posting this. Amazing....
