2009 Honda VFR Weird Throttle Sound

Brand new bike, makes weird blipping sound when you engage the throttle after it's warmed up. Doesn't effect the performance, but nobody seems to know what the heck is wrong.

cant believe i have found this video, I've been trying to work out were this sound has been coming from for weeks.. i thought i was going mad haha thank you for uploading this video and reassuring me that i may have some sanity left... and did you find a cure for this mystery sound ??

its the flap on the top of the airbox, block it and disconnect it.
