Guys the new Virtualization is based on KVM which is with Red Hat as RH Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV). It is highly stable and scalable and costs 1/3rd of what VM Ware does.

The last time I used it (the most recent version as of 6 months ago), it automatically teamed the NICs, and there was no need to use multiple NICs as they were automatically configured. Hope that helps.

Yep... Give the host machine a static ip. While the the virtual pc's all have their own ip address (static or dhcp).

On Step 3: Configuring network. Would you give the vmware a static ip , say 192.168.1.110. For example, then when I load window server 2003 as my first VM on the server, I give that VM a static IP of 192.1.168.50 (just a random IP).. So basically I could have a few different VM's running on the same physical server but all with different static local IP address? Any help is appreciate, thanks!
