Actually I am looking for something similar or the embedded version of it. Because I found some people doing implement it on iPhone. Definitely I am a complete noob in this :)

ARTool Kit is a Library so you would need to know some sort of programming language that it is available for, which is pretty much all the popular ones. If you are a noob and don't have any programing chops, then i would say check out FLARToolkit which is it's Flash ActionScript 3 implementation, along with Away 3D or Papervision. Definitely a learning curve, but not to hard.

I can't speak for the guy in the video, but it is probably ARToolkit which is available for multiple platforms
