Our family gets UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL with Bono, Edge, and Adam (no Larry, sigh). Vertigo's before and during concert photos in Houston INCLUDING our daughter's on stage DANCE WITH BONO during the Elevation Tour in Houston.

See, this is part of why I love them so much. The biggest rockstars in the world, and they are STILL the most accessible and accomodating with their fans. Most people would just drive right into the venue and not bother with the crowds waiting. They say hello to EVERYBODY! Why can't everyone be this nice? That's why their fans have stuck with them this long.
And that pic with her arms around Bono at the end is lovely. They both look really happy!

I saw them again last night in Cardiff and last week at Wembley Stadium London.... they really are the world's greatest band....and what a bunch of great guys! Thanks for sharing this - a brilliant montage of your family's experience. Thank you. Andy :-)

We just happened to be at the right place at the right time! We waited a couple of hours at the back door entrance for their arrival. Seeing them drive up was awesome but when they came out.... ahhhh...the video says it all! For the Elevation tour our daughter was "in the heart" front row when Bono pulled her on stage to dance with him. He sang "Bad" and the moment made HIM cry...another ahhhhh! Our daughter was in shock and has amnesia of it all. Thank God for pictures!

Our daughter did both the pencil of Edge and watercolor of Bono for a high school art project. Did you notice Bono's signature? He wrote, "No cigar but champagne though" and drew a cigar in his mouth and champagne glass for the first "O" in his name. It was a great day!
