a simple way of putting it is Single and Double bar. that is indeed some ways to use cuffs. Another good way is Speed Cuffing. you hold the cuffs in a "pistol grip" stance as we call it, slightly different than the standard way you show. better for higher risk, if they try to get away you an quickly put them in a hold and take them down. as for the key holes facing the offender, you do that with front cuffing of only Low risk people, even still not recommended. Regardless good luck in policing
