Gojira maintains it's course and is forced to speed up to avoid being rammed by the Yushin. You can tell it was the yushin which turned into the Gojira because the vessel continues to turn left after the Gojira has past.

  • Nice try, but if you look closely at 3 seconds you can see a SSCS member throwing rope out from the back of the ship. Basically what you're claiming is an attempt ramming is nothing more than the SSCS idiots cutting in front of a ship once again to try and disable their propellers.

  • @LordBrakensiek

He threw the rope because they were getting close. It's completely obvious that the Gojira was not the vessel turning into the other vessel, if the YM would have gone straight the rope would not have needed to be thrown to deter them from a ramming attempt. If SSCS was turning infront of them there would be an arced path behind them, but it's completely straight as the YM cuts through it.

  • @sorryimsogreat2 If the Yushin Maru's aim was to hit Gojira then throwing a rope out in front of the ship wouldn't make a difference. There wouldn't be enough time for the ship to react quickly enough to avoid it. Hence the reason Gojira is so close to the ship.

    Here's an example: watch?v=JmcChRQIXg8

  • @LordBrakensiek

The rope is the deterent in this situation, just as the flares were a deterrent to the nisshun maru.

  • Ok the gloves have been off since Ady Gil. Why doesn't Bob Barker or Steve Irwin ram one of the whalers already? Or get a boat that is capable of doing some damage. I am not talking hurting anyone just disabling the props/rudder once and for all.

  • @eckyspondoolie

Because when they do it it's "an accident" and if we did the same we'd be shut down. It's not fair, but it's the way things are.

  • technicaly, from the video alone, the little boat is in the wrong...not because they are more manuverable and such (they are in open water so that doesnt come into play) but because they are on the left. if you approach from the left and contact happens, its bound to happen that both parties would lie but the fault would still land on the boat to the left. there isnt enough footage here to say the whalers were in the wrong...all we see is a boat on the left that should have stayed clear.

  • @sorryimsogreat2 Late reply I know, but take a look at this video.

Several times Gojira pulled in front of the Japanese ship to throw out rope and shoot flares at the net. You can't honestly expect me to believe that the Yushin tried to ram Gojira when it is obviously the SSCS is purposely pulling in front of the ships as seen in the video.

  • lol those fags failed XD
