It has a pitch shifter effect, but it is not intelligent.

Nice demo, could you upload more explaining the best methods to record and to go live with the unit?

Thanks. There's really nothing special about recording or using the unit live. I plugged it into a Whirlwind IMP-2 direct box and then straight into a Line6 TonePort UX2 into the mic input. Mic preamp modeling on the UX2 was disabled. Then I hit record.
As far as live use, same thing. Out of that direct box right into the board. Sounds fantastic. Make sure to use the LN2 output mode and then you have access to a post EQ if you need it. I didn't.
