Actually, I notice that Ernie often gets owned by anyone who isn't Bert. Other people seem to be able to trick him or exasperate him pretty easily. The only person Ernie seems to be able to outwit is Bert (and sometimes Lefty, although that's debatably through naivte rather than cleverness.) So it seems to me that Ernie teases Bert because Bert is such an easy target, and Ernie has no one else to feel superior to.
I charge $200 a session. Wednesdays and Thursdays are best. ;}
