Freezer bad leaving out good

you have to heat your sugar to 300 degrees, and then place it into your pan for an hour. you dont need to put it into the freezer. once the hour is up, its ready to go.

you were supost to leave it out for an hour, not put it in the frezzer. the glass is a result of a chemical reaction, frezzing it slows it down or in your case stops it.
