monumental landmark track. I was totally blown away in 1981 when I first heard it. This was a HUGE hit in the "hood" in Detroit. It influenced a whole generation of techno, R&B and hip hop artists. EVERYBODY stole that beat!

This is Classic, plain & simple. I remember when this first came out in 81. It was like NOTHING anybody had heard before. Most people didn't know who these guys were (Kraftwerk) but, EVERYBODY knew this jam and couldn't stop playing it! Real house / techno music!! Big up Detroit!!
