@doctorfoo so if I stretch them + do other types of conditioning like with weights will my hands just eventually get used to it?? or will there always be a little pain??

are wrist ache/pains common while practicing the handstand and other gymnastic moves?? if yes then what kind of conditioning should I do to strengthen my wrists?

yes unfortunately wrists and ankles take much of the heat. my best advise is to stretch your wrists and fingers. use ice when they hurt, and limit repetitive motions that cause pain. keep them loose and massage them often.
blood flow works wonders.

work on holding a good handstand 10 - 30 secs.
work on slow lower down against a wall.
