If I turn Hardware acceleration on, Red and Blue colour channels are swapped...

Flash is not great. Flash on Linux is very poorly supported and is as shitty as hell. Flash on the recent Ubuntu is a total disaster.

HTML5 offers a convenient and robust replacement for propriarity and crappy Flash to view videos on the Web.
