I'm vietnamese and this is call "thit kho" my favorite!:)."thit" witch is meat and pork is my favorite.And "kho" is when my mom cook it on low heat and let it caramelize for awhile.Traditionally its cook in clay pot but the wok method still work for fast food. I take the caramelize sauce cut a chili pepper put them in a bowl and eat it with rice and dip the veggies.
