The judge did not say she was innocent , it was said that Amanda Knox lied in the beginning of the case, blaming the black bar owner. If she was innocent why did she need to blame somebody else who had nothing to do with it. She now claims to have been with her boyfriend, at his place, giving them both an alibi. She is guilty and should have stayed in prison. What a dreadful young woman and how very very sad for the family of Meredith Kercher. I hope they and the barman take her to the cleaners.

Imo she would have been better speaking her native language of English and go down the foreigner-in-another-country road with limited knowledge of the language like people do when they get to Britain for sympathy. It would be better for her to be speaking English

Its quite clear that Amanda and Raffaele are innocent. But justice must be done for Meredith's family. Ruade needs life.

No murder weapon? No motive? Meredith's room would have been filled with dozens of bloody footprints, handprints and DNA of three people, not one, if the prosecutor's theory is true. Moreover, it would have been impossible to remove all traces of evidence of Amanda and Raffaele while leaving all evidence (including DOZENS of DNA samples of skin hair, etc of Rudy!) of Rudy intact. Mignini framed them. RS & AK are innocent.

@64thommy I think thommy that the Kercher family have been WIDE AWAKE ever since the the malicious and brutal murder of Meredith. Good Lord, how can you direct insults at this family? The Kercher family has remained quiet and dignified in the aftermath of this horrible, senseless crime.... Unlike the Knox family that are forever in the news- T.V./ interviews/ newspapers.
Furthermore, this trial was not a farce.

@64thommy You have made yourself abundantly clear that you feel amanda knox is innocent. That is YOUR business, thommy...... I feel the opposite, and that is MY business.
My point about Homolka & Bernardo was that they were by all intents and purposes a couple that appeared to have everything going for them; a couple that "had the world by the tail," so to speak... and yet their double life was that of 2 devils. Middle-class, intelligent, attractive & white does not necessarily= "innocent."
