  • @TomJous you say that Stalin(who took power after Lenin) used his position as head of Rabkrin(Workers & Peasants Inspectorate) to do the oppositeof what Rabkrin was designed to do. That is, instead of weeding-out the bureaucrats and careerists he allied and used them to create more bureaucracy in the defence of his own ambitions. From this were the seeds of totalitarianism and today at all levels, we have greater bureacracy than ever in the UK. Why? Because it protects capitalism.
