He bea dumb? Can't figure that he's talking to a recording, or is he really that stupid? Ah.. was Postmaster a choice, a selection? Not. Nethier was "God dam Postmaster" He bee stupid. There's the problem, stupid. And we know, ya can't fix stupid. Maybe someone will read this to him so as he might, just might understand it just a little better.

my apologise if your not smart enough to understand the problem.
the problem was that after 4 attempts the automation should have detected a problem and transferred me over to assistance.
