At the risk of sounding condescending, ordinary people haven't the faintest conception of the strain many on Wall Street have to endure daily. How many ordinary people have ever done ANYTHING remotely like betting $7.4 billion just so the price of energy will rise sharply 14 months from a certain date?

I think back to the self proclaimed Liberals and Progressives that touted Ol'Bamma, the Party choice, as the answer to our problems. "Hope" and "Change" they shouted.
Asking them about the real issues like ending 2 Wars or aggression, Medicare for all, stopping the Drug War, the 'Patriot' Act, opening elections to 3rd &4th parties etc, was responded to with "Hope & Change" or "USA, USA!"
Now we're stuck with 4+ years without hope of humanist change.

As things look today perhaps we are missing the ball busting grip the Neocons have on our leaders.
It seems that Obama has fallen to the same crimes as the previous administration. We are lost to them and will be lost to the waring idealogs. there will be peace only in our hearts.

You know there's the old saying, "don't throw pearls before a swine." And by throwing Nader in front of Americans(and NO ONE voting for him EVEN AFTER BUSH's horrible term), makes you wonder if Americans are swine?
Even if more people like me would've voted for him, what, more people would have just because I would've voted for him?
1.He's not Black
2.He's an independent
3.He's too radical for the undecided Republican voters.
4.He's Muslim(not that I have anything against).
