Harper's DMCA Intentions Confirmed In Speech From The Throne

The newly re-elected Conservative minority government lead by Stephen Harper confirmed today in a Speech from the Throne that they intend on forging ahead in this 40th session of Parliament with legislation to amend Canada's copyright laws. Once can only assume that this legislation will be a slightly modified and possibly more stifling piece of legislation than Bill C-61 also known as the Canadian DMCA.
