This Miami team would destroy all of those USC teams by 20, the 03,04, and 05 USC teams would have been destroyed, Reggie Bush would have been shut down and Dwayne Jarrett would get shut down by this Miami secondary with 1 on 1 coverage.

All im saying is i think that the 01 canes had more talent on that team that would have won a game against the talent on those Florida teams

@kelbob00 Those 2 ranked teams were Syracuse and Washington(14 & 12th), UM had a cake schedule. West Virginia(2-9), temple, Troy St, Pittsuburgh, Boston College, Rutgers.....the Big East is and was terrible back then. Even Penn State sucked(not ranked). UM played 4 ranked teams all season(the highest ranked team was #12 Washington) I was at the Troy State game with a measley 35,000 attendence in the OB....very sad.
