  • korg tr88?

  • @Suckyea yup

  • Hello, i have a question for anyone who can answer (preferably Prorogger) aobut patch changing with a pedal. I have heard that KARMA is necessary to change patches like that, but I do nott get how that works, and in addition, the TR does not have KARMA, so how exactly does one change patches instantly?

  • @mitsubachi2 1. Get an SD card 2. save all the patches you want to use in a row. Don't worry about overwriting factory stuff. Only use combis, if you wanna use a single sound, put it in a combi. Use only one bank per song. save the bank on your sd card if you wish. 3. get a non latch foot pedal and assign it to "program up" in the global settings 4. have fun. and if you miss the factory sounds, just recover them from global settings.

  • you don't have a rotary controller for 1:43? i thought you knew the patches?

  • the korg tr88 doesn't have that juicy leslie rotary effect.. the rotary sound is kinda crappy in the korg tr. besides, i'm sort of running out of controllers (and hands and feet (rudess probably has an extra invisible foot or something for the rotary pedal))

    wailing "duck" sound.

  • and another advice for that portamento intro.. add some more attack, coz it just sounds like the NES version. :D

  • @synastikki i'm very aware of that now :) this video was recorded like 3 years ago.. check out my latest vid where i'm playing an original song with my band, the organ sounds a lot better there..

  • @Progrogger program the rotary switch to your damper pedal :) you really don't sustain notes with organ sounds so you can program the damper to do the rotary change :)

  • nice job!!

but i think it would ve been better if u transposed 1 step down.

its better to play on Dminor that D#minor

  • maestro!!!!! eres lo mas cercano como toca a jordan rudess ese solo... a nadie lo e visto q suene tan parecido saludos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Weird! Today I randomly got Stream of Consciousness on my iPod, so I found my ToT CD and was blasting this song ALL DAY in the car.

I came to youtube looking for a keyboard version, and look what showed up on "Recommende For You"

What are the odds of that???

    Oh also GREAT JOB!

  • 2:33 That's the hardest thing EVER. Congrats on doing a decent enough job at it.
