I currently live in Mill Point and I have to say that the room is not that tiny, there are even smaller rooms at other places.. My room is exactly the same and everything can easily fit in the wordrobe or under the bed.. Flat 69!!! Yay!!!

I'm hopefully going to be staying there in like September! So this is usually where people doing business stay??

That is not as bad as where I used to live... Imagine the same size room, without bathroom (there are communal bathrooms at the end of the floor), and three people living in it. We could only fit 2 little tables there.
Personally I'd pick Piccadilly Point over Mill Point now because it's newer and there's more of an atmosphere (I lived there last year).
Moving into New Medlock from September though as I hear it's an excellent place to live and a hell more lively than the 'points' :)

This flat may be small but it's actually one of the newer, larger accommodation blocks in Manchester. If you think this is small you should see the size of the other accommodation blocks round here, they're really tiny!
Yes I keep my clothes in that wardrobe, oh the clothes hook, in the bathroom, on the floor and under my bed (we have this storage draw thing that pulls out) so anywhere really.
As for it being catered, you're joking right? If you're not then the answer is no, it's not catered!
